Roses scrap papers & ribbons

Hope you like these papers and ribbons I have made for you.
The Touch of Class theme this month is roses, one of my favourite flowers.

The above papers and ribbons are made using one old rose from an old seed catalogue which is now in the public domain.  I love these old catalogues.  You may like to click on the image to see larger version.

Each paper is 800 x 800 and with the exception of the large rose paper are seamless so can be used to fill larger areas.  The pink, green and deeper pink papers are the same pattern and coloured to the rose image.  All co-ordinating nicely.  Ribbons are minimum 900 px long and fit the papers nicely.  These are also easily extended in length using your pick tool.  Download my zip file HERE.

Next post (tomorrow) has matching bows and a neat picture for you.

Lots of lovely rose themed items on show this week from the team.
Check us out HERE or visit our individual blogs (links on right) for more.

We also have lovely cards in our Gallery for you.

Raspberry Jam!

Welcome to February - our theme for the month is RED
I chose red fruit for my first kit and hope you like raspberries, one of my own favourite fruits.
From the right of the picture above the first paper is created using an image of raspberries.  I like how this came out.  The third from the right I made using the same raspberries you see on the clipboard.  Must admit I had fun making all these bits.  I have included my favourite recipe for raspberry jam, highly recommended. Both my mother and my grandmother used it!
Two lovely ribbons complete this kit.  Each ribbon is 1000px wide.
Papers are 800 x 800px and are all seamless so can be used for filling larger areas also.
Elements are all in png format.
All packed in my ZIP file which includes my TOU.
I must add that for those who do not like red my papers and ribbons are easily recoloured to other strong colours using hue and saturation.

During February we will be offering lots of red, desktops, kits, new cards, etc.
Be sure to check often at our main site
Vintage Style Cards or click on the red, red, red button above.

I also have links to all other Touch of Class sites down the left hand side of this page.

The Sea in Winter

I love the sea in all weathers so happy to see it chosen as the subject of this month's
Touch of Class theme.
This beautiful image was taken at Dornoch, Sutherland, Scotland.
Isn't it a stunning image?  Both soothing and exciting.
Dornoch is on the east side of Sutherland facing the Moray Firth which flows into the cold North Sea.

This desktop is very rich in colour.
The background paper is made by me and will be included in a scrapkit later this week.

My zip file contains a widescreen desktop, a standard sized one and my terms of use.

The image is used under the Commons Creative License.

Happy Christmas

My last gift before Christmas.
Here in UK we are freezing with snow on the ground.  Will be the first time for many years that Christmas will be white.  It has stopped snowing here but it is so cold it will not melt for a long time.
My snowman seems very appropriate!
In this kit there is
one paper 800 x 800 seamless
1 frame created using paper from my earlier post 600 x 600
1 tartan bow which is approximately 472 x 374
2 bells - one at approx. 600 x 650 and 1 approx. 300 x 325
and finally my gorgeous snowman
1 at 1641 x 1993 approx. and 1 at 615 x 747
All are in png format and all are easily resized.  Although I normally only make tagger size kits I am finding that many of my visitors prefer large sizes.
Full credits and my TOU are in my zip HERE.

Special thanks to Judy at TOC, Alice and Lone at Alo Designs and Bonnie at CMC Exclusive.  Without the wonderful scripts you make my work would be dull.

Christmas Cards and More Gifts HERE.
Enjoy.  I love comments!
