Vintage Pastel Desktop

Welcome June. One of the loveliest months of the year in the UK where I live.

We, at Touch of Class, are celebrating the launch of our new VINTAGE STYLE CARD site this weekend.

If you have not yet already had a look please take time to visit.

I have created this desktop using a public domain image of a lovely girl painted by Jessie Barrick in 1910, together with my own scrap paper, frame and bow. If you would like the scrapset it is named Vintage Pastel and you can see it HERE and HERE.

The desktop also part of a poem relating to the month of June by Francis Duggan, an Australian poet. I do not enjoy all his poems but I do love this one. Thank you Francis.

A widescreen version plus a standard screen version together with my terms of use are in my zip file HERE.

Please also take time to visit our new website VINTAGE STYLE CARDS. Links there to all our design team. We also have a guest book and an update blog. We all hope you like the new look. Links to our e-card site and our Gallery on the new site.

My desktop has a matching Thank You card featured in our site.

Vintage Pastel Scrapset

I scanned a floral cushion cover to create the bow and ribbon. I loved the colours but unfortunately my scan was not good enough for papers. However, using the colours from the bow I created papers which I hope you will like.

Each paper is 800 x 800. The bow is large and the ribbon 800 wide. Bow and ribbon in png format.

Plus my little porcelain rose coloured to match! I love this little rose.

The papers are easily recoloured to suit your requirements.

If you would like this set you can download my zip HERE. My terms of use are in the zip.

Many thanks.

A delicate hint of lavender in these vintage style papers. Together with matching bows created from the papers plus my porcelained rose.

The full beauty of these papers does not show up in this small image. Clicking on the image will give you a better view.

With just a hint of colour you will find that all items are very easily recoloured to suit your own theme.

Each paper measures 800 x 800 px. The bows are all in png format making everything suitable for use with most graphic programmes.

You may download the complete set HERE if you would like it. My terms of use are in the zip file.
